The course aims to provide guidance and practical experience in planning, executing, implementing, and reporting Integrated Audits, on all standards AT ONE TIME, in every audit lifecycle.
Most of the organizations which have implemented these standards independently, is definitely a challenge for maintenance and audits. There are some commonalities and unique aspects in all domain standards. Auditing these independently involve time consuming and at times leading to confusions in cascading effects of processes, risk assessments and corrective actions. Since Risk management is involved in the processes of Finance & Cost Management System, Quality Management System, Environment Management System, Health & Safety Management System, Information Security Management, Food Safety Management, and Energy Management auditing requires different competencies.
Objective
Integrated audits of management systems will have both common elements having similar requirements and system specific elements having unique requirements, which need specific skills. This program shall develop required competencies and skills for the same by providing the required Knowledge.

Methodology
The training course will be highly participatory and the course leader will present, guide and facilitate learning, using a range of methods including formal presentation, discussions, sector-specific case studies and exercises.
