TERMS AND CONDITIONS How to Register for the course (a) An applicant can book online by clicking the ‘Register’ button for each course in our training calendar on our site – www.trainitacademy.com. (b) Registrations are also accepted by downloading the registration form, filling it out and sending by email to register@trainitacademy.com or training@ trainitacademy.com. Registration Confirmation Once the booking is processed, we will send a confirmation email to the applicant with an electronic invoice. An applicant’s place in the training course place is guaranteed once payment has been received. Payment Full payment must be made in advance to TRAINIT Academy, UK Bank Account; and EMAIL the Remittance Advice to TRAINIT ACADEMY at accounts@trainitacademy.com. Early bird discounts Early registrants will be able to save 10% off the course fee. The early bird discount applies to all courses. The discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer and spaces are subject to availability. Group discounts Three or more registrants on the same course from the same organisation qualify for a 15% discount off the combined course fees. This discount applies to all courses but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and places are subject to availability. Language The medium of the training is English; the attendees are required to have basic knowledge of the language. Prerequisites Delegates are expected to have relevant knowledge on the course subject or field experience in order to fully benefit from the training. Any similar basic or awareness training must have been attended by delegates if the subject training is Advanced Level. Pre-Assessments of Attendees Pre-Tests are done before the commencement of any training to assess the knowledge level of the attendees and marks are handed over to their respective companies. This enables the trainer to give more emphasis to areas/ topics that need more attention. Special requirements The management will make every effort to consider and accommodate special requirements that have been notified in advance on the registration form. Joining instructions Joining instructions including outline of the day, venue details, map and local hotel details will be issued approximately two to four weeks prior to the course. In case the registrant did not receive the joining instructions three days prior to the training course, he may send an email to info@trainitacademy.com. The management will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances. Kindly note: 80% attendance is mandatory for the attendee to be eligible for the Course Completion Certificate. Course transfers There is no charge for transferring booking to the same course on an alternative date provided the registrant notifies the management in writing up to 21 days before the start and if there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee will be payable if the notice is received less than 21 days before the start of the original course. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed. Requests to transfer a course must be made in writing and can be sent by email info@trainitacademy.com. Cancelling registration Cancellations are only valid if received in writing before 21 days of course commencement date and a full refund less the administration fee shall be received. A refund of 50% of the course fees shall be given if the cancellation is before 15 days of commencement. However, if the cancellation is less than 10 days, no refund shall be given, but the registrant has the option to apply for substitution. Substitutions Training registrations are transferable. If an applicant will not be able to attend the course, he can be replaced by another individual. However, substitutions should be received by the management at least 48 hours prior to the course start date. Invitation letters A participant can request for an invitation letter once full payment of the course fee has been received. The management is not able to act on behalf of the participant and is not responsible for any costs incurred by failure to obtain a Visa. Full course fees can be refunded if a participant has been declined a Visa and has provided proof of this. Cancellation by the Management Where circumstances dictate, the management reserves the right to make changes on published programmes, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. If training is cancelled or postponed, all registered applicants will be notified via email from the registration information they provided and a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred. Complaints and Appeals Complaints can be registered either verbally or by email to info@trainitacademy.com. Management will respond to such complaints within 24 hours of registration. Medical Condition Clause for Registering/Attending Training with TRAINIT ACADEMY Only medically fit participants are advised to register for any course and to attend our trainings. In cases of illness, participants may apply for a withdrawal on medical or exceptional grounds provided they do so before their course completion date and include supporting documentation and official email from Training department to TRAINIT ACADEMY. Medical insurances to be claimed from respective companies where participant belongs to.
